Does JerkySubscription make the jerky that is being shipped?
No. JerkySubscription.com does not make or manufacture any jerky. We are curators of beef jerky, meaning we work with small batch craft jerky makers, taste test, and then hand select what we consider the best beef jerky on the planet. What captures our hearts are small batch craft jerky makers that are passionate about their business and the jerky they product. We love a great story and as a small business support our fellow jerky comrades by delivering high quality craft jerky to customers around the world.
Will I get the same jerky every month?
Every month’s box is different, and it will never repeat. We have great pride in both the fact that we have a large inventory of craft jerky & we've use special software that helps manage your order and the selection process. Trust us when we say that managing 1000's of new recurring order and shipping unique jerky that never repeats was no small task and one that requires carefully executed logistics.
What happens if I don’t like a specific flavor of jerky?
We take some risks and we know that our founders taste buds might not be the same as yours, but the great thing about a growing customer base is that customer feedback is taken very seriously. If for any reason you dislike a flavor we have sent, drop us an email at email@example.com and let us know.
What sizes are the bags of jerky that JerkySubscription.com ships?
We try and standardize on 2oz bags, but not all jerky makers have these available, so from time to time you’ll also see 1oz and 3oz bags in your box. In cases that you see the 1oz bag, the reason behind this is we found a flavor that we loved and the jerky vendors we work with had higher than normal maker costs.
What's so different about your jerky of the month club vs others?
Our magic comes from our passion of jerky. On the weekends you’ll find us at farmers markets or even a beer garden taste testing new flavors with a sizable group of our friends. In fact, while writing the answer to this question, we are snacking on two new flavors of jerky! Having tasted well over 1000's flavors of jerky, we think our carnivorous taste buds vote for the finest selection of jerky in the world.
Can I select my own jerky for a subscription?
We do not offer you the ability to select your own jerky flavors and part of the over jerky of the month club membership is that we do it for you. Our curators (founders) spend countless hours tasting, rating, and selecting the best flavors for our customers knowing that loyalty will be build upon a great product. What you do get to select is the number of bags shipped each month, which is TWO, FOUR, or SIX bags.

How soon will my JerkySubscription.com box ship?
Our shipping schedule is Monday through Friday and orders are processed within two business days. You will be notified via email once the process starts with ongoing updates throughout the process.
How much does shipping cost?
Our jerky of the month subscription box is hand-packed and shipped straight to your door with free USPS shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
JerkySubscription.com does not ship internationally. Our jerky of the month subscription is only available in the USA.
Where is the jerky being shipped from?
The JerkySubscription warehouse is located in Sugar Land, TX - which is just outside of Houston. All orders are shipped from this location.
Can I ship jerky of the month club as a gift?
Yes, we have options to ship as a gift and gift cards. The difference between gift subscriptions and jerky club memberships is that the gift subscriptions are one-time prepaid purchases whereas jerky club memberships automatically renew.
How can I track my jerky of the month club order & renewal?
As soon as your order is shipped you will get an email with a link to a tracking number that can be viewed in real time from your order status page. A link will be provided via email.
If I have moved or changed addresses, can I update my shipping address?
Updates to your address can happen through https://jerkysubscription.com/account/login at anytime. If you signed up for our club and didn’t create an account, you will also be able to do that from this URL.

How do 3-month and 12-month club memberships work?
Jerky of the Month club memberships provide you a discount in exchange for pre-payment and auto-renew every 3-months or 12-months. With 3-month memberships you will receive a 5% discount and with 12-month pre-paid memberships you will receive a 10% discount.
What is the difference between gift subscriptions and club memberships?
Gift Memberships are one-time purchases that do not renew whereas club membership renew every month, 3-months, or 12-months. Normally gift members are used as a gifting option, while jerky of the month club membership are for personal consumption.
What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay are payment methods accepted on all purchases including Jerky of the Month Club, gift memberships, and gift cards.
How do I cancel my club membership?

Will gift subscriptions automatically renew?
At JerkySubscription.com gift memberships are designed as one-time purchases that do not renew. That means if you buy a 3-month or 12-month subscription the reciever of your gift will get 3 or 12 shipments and we will not auto-renew the subscription.
How do gift cards work?
Jerky gift cards provide a way for you to give the gift of jerky in the form of a digital gift card. They are processed immediately and you can schedule them to send immediately or on a specific date.
Do gift cards expire?
Jerky gift cards never expire and can be used now or 20 years from now.
What happens if my gift card is lost?
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to reissue.
If I use a gift card will my membership automatically renew?
When purchasing you have two options to join. As a club member or you can purchase a gift subscription. Jerky club members automatically renew and if you use a gift card when the balance is used up, you’ll get an email to add new payment info. Gift subscriptions are one time purchases that do not renew.
Do you have a refund policy for gift cards?
JerkySubscription gift cards are non-refundable.
